Hello Doctor, I have epilepsy and I'm taking Levipil 500mg and 1000mg morning and night respectively from one and a half year. I'm planning to start Keto diet for weight loss. Please suggest if I can go ahead with this.

Hi Keto diets do help in epilepsy however the measuring of calories, protein n fluids have to be highly accurate.If you have consulted a qualified dietitian for the keto diet they would take care of it. If you are trying it on your own its not advisable.
