Hi, is it better to go for C3R surgery for keratoconus in one eye first? Or can both eyes be operated in one sitting?

Its always better to go for one at a time. God forbids if any adverse reaction occurs although rare chances but still then atleast you should have something to think over. Why do we wanna rush ?
