I have been diagnosed with mild keratoconus in left eye. My corneal thickness of left eye is 480. I have been advised by my opthalmologist to revisit and get C3R after 3 months. But I have read it that c3r can't be performed if thickness is less than 400. So please guide me what to do.. Will I be too late after three months?? What are the best hospital for kerotoconus in India???

But your corneal thickness u are saying is 480...it will not come down drastically in 3 months
C3R is done in progressive keratoconous , not necessarily for all cases !
Your eye doc will be the best person to guide you ..in case of doubts..u can take a second opinion to feel better n confirm.
It is relatively simple procedure ..depends on where u r based.
