I had an eye topography test today (attached) post which i was diagnosed with Keratoconus.
Could you please help me understand what stage am i in and what are my options?
Kindly tell me if i have in in both the eyes.

You have Early Keratoconus in both eyes ( left more than right ). You should be under cornea specialist observation and repeat topography after 3 months to see for any progression .
