Keratoconous.
My cousin had Keratoconus problem since 2008. He already done cornea cross link collagen(c3r) at 2012. Now doctor advised him yo avoid contact lens because of flattened cornea. Is this flattened cornea and Keratoconus made him to lost his vision or not. Please tell me

Yes. Keratoconus can lead to severe vision loss if not treated. Best way is to be in a regular follow up with your Cornea consultant.
