It is important to get a corneal topography test done to rule out any progressive ectasia. Since you have got DALK done already it is very very important to stay in contact with a cornea surgeon regularly. If at any point there are chances of ectasia on topography, C3R procedure will be required to strengthen the cornea

C3r will be effective. But Pl consult ophthalmologist with detailed history and reports and treatment taken for better evaluation and treatment.
