Keloid scar !! Help me

Asked for Male, 18 Years

I am having a keloid just below my lower lip just below so if i will undergo scar revision the skin below my lip will be more tighter ? As we all ahve a small gap below out lower lip so if i ll undergo scar revision in that place as a keloid is formed so if any problm will occour ? N one more thing sir i want to knw that if Now m having a keloid in that place as a i had a genrl stitch over thre if i now undrgo steroid injectn thn it it will fully cure the scar mark or scar revision will bttr??
