Keeping good posture
How much posture is important when I have tmj disorder problem? If my posture is veryyy bad( due to tight back and neck muscles and noisy sounds from neck and upper back) then how will it effect on my treatment? Is there any effects on my jaw muscles and joint if I do too much masturbation? How can I correct my posture and What other things that I should do at this time? Please help...
