I ussually drink a glass of warm water in the mornings after brushing & then bathe & then do kapalbhati, anulom vilom, pawanmuktasan for bloating & then have breakfast after ~10mins. All this makes keeping my morn routine to less than 1.5h - 2.5h very difficult. Pleases advice if i need not space out the water from the breathing excercises & aasanas and the breakfast from them by 10 - 15mins. I am preparing for NEET PG & suffering from chronic gastritis since 1.5 - 2yr which has reduced with mainly GERD since 10 months, that's why i do the morn yoga & meditation but i take too long to leave for the library as a result. I use a few home remedies in the water for the acidity, have a sore throat 90% of the mornings so clearing my throat also takes time despite trying oil pulling.
Please advise on what I can do to reduce the time.
Thank you.
