6X potencies are Biochemic potencies and are relatively cruder form of the said medicine, whereas 30 potencies are centisemal potencies, which are more diluted but morr potentized. Both are useful and effective, depending on how and for what condtion you are taking it. Plesae do not take medicine without giving your history to a dcotor or without guidance of an experienced Homeopath.
