It cannot be cured.it will recur if u stop medicines.just stick to medication and healthy life style to avoid seizures inspite of medication.it is a benign condition.no need to worry

Juvenile myoclonic epilepsy is a type of generalised epilepsy with good treatment.
Medications usually include valproate or levitiracetam.
If it is EEG proven and already diagnosed as JME, with ANTIEPILEPTICS if u don't have new seizures, just continue same dose with regular follow up with treating neurologist and medications need to be taken usually life long. And ANTIEPILEPTIC which ur taking is a good drug with low risk if ur planning kids also.
Avoid sleep deprvation.
Meditation , relaxation exercises.
Don't skip meds.
