BUN, is blood urea nitrogen, it's a breakdown product of protein. Non veg diet have high BUN levels than veg diets. Severe dehydration causes increase in BUN. Since your creatinine is normal, your kidney function is normal. There is nothing to worry✌
Next Steps
improve fluids upto 2L per day. low salt Intake is needed for good renal function.

It is not due to dehydration and basically the blood urea nitrogen is due to increased intake of protein rich food items and improper diet schedule and maybe less physical activity. Try to avoid protein rich food items and drink at least two litres of water and your food should be rich and green leaves and green leafy vegetables and eat any one type of fruit in one day as a precaution. Try to contact me to know how to control your blood urea nitrogen.
