Just a doubt regarding breast cancer
I'm having a little lump near the armpit, and it has been there for 3 weeks now,it's itchy and pains atimes when pressed. My breasts feel little itchy. But the nipples are sore atimes. Could you let me know in what other conditions can this happen? I know it's difficult to just assume and ask but it's just a general doubt and I read about it online and now I feel panicked regarding the same.

Most likely it would be innocuous. Visit a specialist and have it examined.  An ultrasound may help characterize it. Could also be related to your cycles.
Next Steps
get it examined by a specialist

Usually in 24 yrs of age nothing to worry about cancer. Get examination by doctor if you are comfortable. Still you want to make sure,  do USG of bilateral breasts.
