Jumping tricep
Hi! For over 1 week my right side tricep has been jumping. This happens especially when I'm about to go to sleep or in the morning, at least that's when I notice it the most. It's very annoying. I can even see it jump. I already it magnesium every day and did it even before it started. I work out 4 times every week. Can I do anything about it? I sometimes wake up from it or have difficulty getting sleep because of it.. Unfortunately I can't attach a video, otherwise I would do so.
