Hi, I am facing frequent joint pains in shoulder,hips. Can u help to find the out reason for  frequent joint pains.

There are many causes of multiple joint pain at this age.. Do you also have morning stiffness.. Do you have a history of Rheumatoid Arthritis in your family..
Next Steps
You should start with hot fomentation,  take analgesic with anti inflammatory medicine,  apply analgesic ointment locally,  take calcium supplement.  You should get some blood investigations -  RA profile to rule out the possibility of Rheumatoid Arthritis or similar joint inflammatory disorder..
Health Tips
You can start with joint stretching exercises,  visit a nearby hospital and take opinion of Rheumatologist for starting treatment..
