  4. Joint pains. Please help me out.

Hai.. iam 24. i am getting pain in my joints sometimes all over the body muscles..i have this since 3 years.after getting pain those parts are getting swelled with severe pain.now a days when i write for sometime or when i use mouse iam getting severe pain on my hand fingers that i cant even hold anything..please help me out.
