  4. Joint Pain. A week can you please guide?

My wife had swelling first on her both knees and got cured automatically in a day or two after using hot packs. But later she feels pain on all joints of the body when walk or stretch (hands, legs, shoulders). Light pain but noticed only knee swelling still continues for more than a week Can you please guide?

Hi I understand your concern. From the history that you have given, it looks like she is suffering from an inflammatory arthritis. Can be post viral or rheumatoid arthritis. We will have to take a blood tests like RA factor and anti CCP anti body test to arrive at a diagnosis and proceed further.
