  4. Joint pain. It lead to operation level?

My knee looks like slightly deformed and cracking sound in it presented that can be known by keeping hands on it. I didn't have met any trauma. I afraid it would be a serious problem. Will it lead to operation level? I also have pain in the knee as well as in my foot and hip. I noticed that my knee gives ligament tearing sound when I sit or squat
