Joint lubrication supplement
Hi , i recently done blood tests which find vitamin D3 - 11.2 vitamin B 12 - 227  , and few others findings , i have appended screenshot . I am suffering burning foot sole and there is inflammation around my knees , feels my knees so weak , lost confidence of running . Doctor prescribed Rx tab roseup HD , Tab myristin Tab osteomax k2 Incidentally all these tablets belong to same manufacturer , somehow i am not convinced to take this medicines . Now considering my tests and problem Please suggest me supplements which help joint lubrication and help me recover my d3 and b12 levels naturally . I have more confidence in brands like AMWAY NUTRALITE , ABBOTT ENSURE etc . Kindly suggest Age 37 Weight 97

Vitamin levels which is so low is not going to recover not going to recover with natural means only You do need to take supplements .you need not take supplements of a particular company if you do not have faith ,you can take any alternate brand with the same salt and dose, the effect of the medicine will be the same

Vitamin d rich foods are Fish, cod liver oil, Egg yolk etc. All this will only work if you get enough sunlight. Vitamin B12 rich foods are eggs, salmon, spinach.
