Joint and muscle pain
Though I don't have any BP, Sugar or any other problem I feel joint pain at shoulder. Finger joints and right knee.None of above are serious.I feel left upper arm muscles pain along with joints.

Need proper assessment +diagnosis +treatment. You should take some Vit - D and calcium supplements.

Go for physiotherapy.. Will be very helpful

At home.. Do some stretching exercises of all the joints.

Avoid Squatting- Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Maintain flexibility and do stretching exercises and start on vit D supplement you will be fine

Hello. Only the pain in your left arm sounds like it needs assessment. At your age, you may have some rotator cuff weakness and/or impingement. If it's bothering you, please see an orthopaedic surgeon. Otherwise maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle, and take Vit D supplement.
