Jogging heat sensation
Just started jogging after a break of 3 months. I jog slow but almost 4 km .After 1.5 km i feel a sensation of heat on the bone from the knee to the leg. That time leg pains while jogging and the pain continues till i stop jogging and start walking.

First u should do normal free exercises.. after a few days u should start fast walking then go for some strengthening exercises.. u should start the jogging after complete these sessions.. then i hope u will b feel better.. Thanks.. Tc
