Right leg pain after jogging or running
Iam having intense right leg pain in the lower part in the tibia region after i finish my morning jogging.it stays like that for two days and again its normal.but it comes back when i run again.it feels okay when i am just walking.but could feel it a bit when i walk too fast.i never had this problem before and i use to run quite a lot.but now even for just a few rounds of jogging iam getting the pain back.i want to be able to run normally again so that i can lose my weight ,get in a good form and also enjoy sports in my college.i'm 23 yers old and i study in a medical college 3rd year.thank you.

Hey doc...great that you want to stay fit..however somehow your tibia is not taking the stress of jogging or brisk walking..my advise take it slow..very slow...start with only walking at normal speeds maybe for a few weeks...then aerobics and gradually the tibia shall be conditioned to take the stress
