Applying for Job/Visa ,Is this report acceptable? please suggest Trachea is central. No focal active lung parenchymal lesion is seen. Both costo-phrenic angles are clear. Cardio thoracic ratio within normal limit. Both the hila are normal. Both domes of diaphragm are normal in shape and position. Visualised portion of ribs appear intact. Impression -Skiagram doesn't reveal any abnormality, clinical correlation is suggested

Should be alright. Countries like Canada and Uk require chest X-ray for Tuberculosis. Your report is clear. Make sure it has been signed by a radiologist ( the report is generally auto-signed )
