Hello,
What you have described here is suggestive of a movement disorder called Motor tics. A detailed assessment will be required to understand if they are severe enough to warrant treatment, or if they are associated with other neurological or psychiatric comorbidity (co occurring condition). Hence please visit a psychiatrist or a neurologist near you for comprehensive assessment and further management. Low dose medication and psychological intervention (Habit reversal technique - HRT) may be done if required.
Hope this helps you. Best wishes for your health and future.
