Lots of reasons can be there for ur pains..  Unless u visit a dentist and show ur teeth coupled with x-rays taken,  a definite diagnosis is not possible.  Could be tooth infection,  maxillary sinus infection or middle ear infection...  Plz show a good dentist.

Hi.. visit a nearest dentist ASAP. You might need root canal treatment. Take Ketorol-DT two tablets in half glass of water after food. Regards

Hello, I went through your query, this pain could be due to dental caries(do you have any dental caries?), or could be due to sinusitis (do you have NY nose block or rhinitis or cold?). Or could be due to ear infection. Since it is not controlled with pain killers please consult a physician for definite diagnosis and treatment.
