Jaw shrinkage and pain at times

Asked for Male, 22 Years

Hey there I had been noticing since quite a long now , my jaw has been shrinking after either nightfall, masturbation or after sex. Does all of these causes Jaw bone to shrink? I'm 22. Or this could be because of other reasons. Please help.
