Jaw lock due to infection
I have gone thru a rct in may but due to some emergency situations in country i am unable to get the cap and now i have a infection under those roots in which my dr done a rct can you please tell how much time it takes to get recover from this jaw lock?

From when is your jaw locked? Do you have pain while opening your jaw? Can you get a Xray done and post here or get a consultation? Please provide complete history as jaw might be locked due to various reasons.

Hello dear Please be aware See gaps during some treatments especially RCT do create postoperative infections.it may affect the  muscles and cause trismus or reduced mouth opening.i suggest you to take antibiotics and muscle relaxation agents for relief and recovery.for further details you can consult me Thanks

Dear Patient Although there is partial lockdown , many dental clinic are open . Please don't delay, get treatment done immediately. Since you have already delayed the completion of treatment it's leading to complication
