IVF sucess after supress Adenomayoma
I m 35 f unable to conceive. Endo cyst of 2.3 cm and 3.1 cm in both ovaries. 3 cm adenomyoma in postier wall. No painful period or heavy bleeding. Hsg show irregular contour predominantly in fundal region. Fallopian tube open. AMH 3.42 with good quality egg. TSH 2.1 prolactin 23. Periods regular last for 3 days. IVF sucessful ho sakta hai after supress Adenomayoma. Pls suggest

There's a good chance of success of ivf with your reports. Adenomyosis may increase chances of miscarriage and may need more hormonal support on conception.

Since there is adenomyoma in the fundal region there are chances of pregnancy failure due to problem in implantation.So on removal chances of pregnancy decrease.AMH is good so again it indicates good ovarian reserve.Rest of the test is normal.
