Hello, She is likely to have a urine infection. Visit a gynaecologist and get a routine urine culture test to rule out any infection and follow the antibiotic course. Also, ask her to drink plenty of water to flush out toxins. However, since she has undergone two IVF cycles, she might be experiencing discomfort in pelvic area due to the intake of hormonal medications.

Dear Practo user, Discomfort in pelvic area may be due to urinary infection. Antibiotics should be given as per Urine culture report. In case this was followed, get Urine routine examination repeated. If it is normal, the symptom is not because of urinary infection. If not, get Urine culture repeated and take antibiotics accordingly. If there is no urinary infection, intake of hormones itself can cause discomfort in pelvic area.
