This is single report but seems that it would be better to go for ivf with this as total motile sperm count which should be more than 5 million for iui is only 1 million as you wrote. Success rate of iui is variable depending on many factors ranges from 15-20%

success of intrauterine insemination depends on a lot of reasons like sperm count , induced cycle or not , additional factors causing infertility , timing of IUI etc..
However i can just say think positive and hope for the best..
