I would like to know that what are the reasons and causes of an IUGR pregnancy?
If first baby is IUGR low weight ,does it mean that If we plan to have a second child,it would be same?

There r many reasons for iugr baby. Like mother having blood pressure , diabetes , young pts, elderly pts, constitutional, smoking etc. chances of second pregnancy with iugr depends on the reason for iugr in first pregnancy

It is not necessary.But you have to find out the causes of IUGR of first baby.In first pregnancy if it is due to PIH or DM then chances are again in second pregnancy.Otherwise no chance.
