I have red itchy spots under my knees. Sometimes they disappear but then it starts itching again and the red spots appear. I can’t get rid of it.

Hi, it seems you might be having a type of dermatitis or skin inflammation. Use a mild soap or a non soap body wash for bath and use a good quality moisturising cream after bath. Apply the moisturiser on damp skin. Consult a dermatologist for a proper diagnosis and treatment
