Itchy Skin rashes
My son has itchy watey rashes which initially started on fingers but when he scratch it breaks and  now has spread to back of hand and some on arms till neck. Its spreads  more when the rashes breaks open .Can u please tell me what it is and how to treat?

Seems to be fungal infection. Consult a dermatologist and get examined🖒
