Are you a regular computer user if so it might be computer vision syndrome please use lubricant eye drops e.g. teardrop 2to3 times daily e.g. teardrop.

Your symptoms are suggestive of allergy
Try
A.cold compresses
B use antiallergic eyedrop like epinastine eyedrop along with lubricating eyedrop frequently
C. Soft steroid like fluorometholone can be used in pulse dose in severe cases
