Itchy body parts, multple spots around b

Asked for Male, 18 Years

Started to have an itchy sensation around the inside of my butt approximately 4 days ago. Since then, it seems to have spread to my whole but, parts of my legs, the area around my male genitals, and the back of my ears. I believe that itching these areas has caused red bloody patches and blue/purple looking areas.
