Itching with white patch anus and vulva
I have itching starts from anus outer two side and it extends to vulva area. I had continues white discharge last month and periods are getting delayed but not pregnant. I am having pre diabetes taking metformin 250 morning and night. Pls help I have itching continuously in anus outer area and vulva. Pls see attached pic for the reference.

It's Fungus  infection....common around skin folds like thighs and genitals.. avoid sweating, sharing clothes,towels and soap.. specific medicine required depends on the severity.. for detailed prescription do direct online consultation

Area is dry and there are fissured around with kissing dermatitis around . Apply coconut oil and come for consultation you may need some lab test too . For itching take antihistamine tab
