Looking at your image, the skin around the genital area does not show obvious rash or infection in the photo. Intense nocturnal itching in this area without a visible rash can be due to a fungal infection under the foreskin (moisture-related), contact dermatitis from soap or underwear fabric, or irritation from sweat. Regarding Panderm or Quadriderm â please do not use these on your own as they contain steroids, which can worsen fungal infections significantly and cause skin thinning in genital skin. A proper antifungal cream is more appropriate if infection is suspected.

It could be, fungal infection below the prepuce or contact dermatitis, don't apply any cream u want because they may have steroids and increase infection, get a consultation for proper treatment
Night-time itching around the genital area can occur due to several causes, including fungal infection, eczema, contact dermatitis, scabies, or other skin conditions. I am unable to assess whether there is an infection without reviewing the images.
I would not recommend applying Panderm or Quadriderm on the penis/genital area without a doctor's examination, as these creams contain a steroid that can worsen certain infections and may cause skin thinning with inappropriate use.
Regards.
Hey, do not apply pandrem/quadriderm.
For now: keep the area dry and clean
And take Tab. Cetrezine 10 mg 1 tab in night if itching is severe for 3 days.
