Looking at your image, the skin around the genital area does not show obvious rash or infection in the photo. Intense nocturnal itching in this area without a visible rash can be due to a fungal infection under the foreskin (moisture-related), contact dermatitis from soap or underwear fabric, or irritation from sweat. Regarding Panderm or Quadriderm — please do not use these on your own as they contain steroids, which can worsen fungal infections significantly and cause skin thinning in genital skin. A proper antifungal cream is more appropriate if infection is suspected.
Next Steps
Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation — I can assess the likely cause and prescribe the right cream safely.

Hi, intense genital itching like this is common and can be due to fungal irritation or dryness.  Avoid Panderm or Quadriderm on that area as they can worsen it.  Keep it clean and dry, use loose cotton underwear.  Feel free to consult for further guidance.

Night-time itching around the genital area can occur due to several causes, including fungal infection, eczema, contact dermatitis, scabies, or other skin conditions. I am unable to assess whether there is an infection without reviewing the images. I would not recommend applying Panderm or Quadriderm on the penis/genital area without a doctor's examination, as these creams contain a steroid that can worsen certain infections and may cause skin thinning with inappropriate use. Regards.

consult a doctor in person
