Itching on my testicles and penis
I have this problem since one month.. itching is severe some times. I have attached some pics of infected area . What is this and why it happened. How to cure it permanently. I have used several creams but no result. Give me advice

Take tab ketoconazole 200mg one daily for 7 days.
Tab cetrizine 5mg one morning and one evening for 7 days.
Apply betnovate c ointment, twice daily for 2 weeks.
Avoid damp , tight clothes.
Consult online after 2 weeks.
