Itching on hands
After coming to home from outside I am getting itching on my hands n forehead place.mostly I'll cover my face with scalf. Forehead and hands get expose to Sun. On this areas I am getting itching. I consulted dermatologist, he said u should not get exposed to uv rays. Can I get permanent solution for this problem or I should nt get expose to Sun. As In 3 months I am moving to Australia. I heard uv rays will be more in Australia. What should I do now.should I go to best dermatologist or ayurvedic doctor.

Hi.. It you are getting itching on hand & forehead due sunrays than there must problem in your body. you pitta dosha must be disturbed & due to this your blood may be impure according to ayurveda. And you can't hide from Sunrays, you have take Ayurved treatment properly, do panch Karma also if needed. Please consult Ayurvedic physician because he can treat root cause.

Hello well you need to use sunscreen regularly just minutes before going out as it will help you to protect from the UV rays by the way you are mentioning the symptoms it looks like you are sensitive do it and hence facing the symptoms try to cover your face as much as possible and other areas which are exposed and you sunscreen just minutes before going out into the sun thank you
