Asked for Male, 28 Years

Sir, i have itching problem since last three months specially during night. The itching happens on groin areas, buttocks, arms,stomach . I am confused whether it can be scabies or jock itch. Sometimes there are red dots where ever i itch. Tried medicines likes floxip, fourderm, okacet. But no use. Please suggest
