Itching near private part
I have itching on the either side of my private part.
It is severe these days and also skin is looking very patchy in the itching area.
Do I need to undergo any tests or any medicine you can suggest. Please advise

The itching may be because of some infection, probably fungal.
Keep the parts clean & dry.
Apply some powder.
Maintain hygiene
