I have severe burning sensation during urination and also have frequent urge to pass urine. Also, high itching n burning sensation around that region. Need some help

Hello, itching & burning sens. during urination could be due to urine infection/ stone in kidney or ureter.Please go for routine urine checkup . Appropriate homeopathic medicines would be highly effective in this case.
