Itching in vagina and anal area
From past 1.5 months have been suffering from yeast infection. Symtoms are vaginal itching constant both at vagina and anal area. I consulted gynae and did the medications for 2 weeks. Medication given was canditral 100 mg tablet and lulifin ointment. Also used candid ointment. Did betadine washes. Even though it subsided and reduced, it never went away completely and i still suffer from itching which is again increasing. I consulted the gynae again and she asked me to increase the immunity by taking flax seeds and Omega fish oil capsules. However..i m totally irritated bczo of this itching and confused if it is vaginal infection. Or something else. Can some gynae please advice what this could be if not yeast infection or a seperate medication I have become highly unproductive bcoz of this infection and unable to do any work.
