Hello There is no cure for allergic conjunctivitis A. Avoid rubbing B. Cold compresses C.use antiallergic eyedrop like olopatadine twice daily D. Use lubricating eyedrop frequently like refresh tears E. Soft steroid like fluorometholone eyedrop in tapering doses for severe cases
