U sound like u may have allergic conjunctivitis.
But before starting any eye drops, i would recommed u consult an ophthlamologist so that ur eye can be examined and correct treatment initiated. Meanwhile u can try applying ice packs over ur eye to reduce the itching. Treatment involves a short dose of mild steroids like Loteprednol along with long term Olopatadine eye drops
