  3. Itching at anal area. Any suggestions?

Itching at anal area
I am 35 year old .I have itching problem near anal area from last 2 month .My doctor said it's fungal infections ,so I started treatment but result is zero.I am still suffering from Same problem.In night Time itching problem intolerable. I want to treatment of this problem .Any suggestions??
