Itching and pain near to penis

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Dear sir, I am suffering from itching and paining from the area between penis and thighs. Initially itching will starts, and i will scratch it with my nails. And a liquid will come from the skin and a small wound will occur. Next day same itching will happen. Again i will do the same scratching. A bad smell is also coming from penis and its nearby
