Itching and high SGOT and SGPT
Hi Doctors, good afternoon ! I am currently 34 week 3 days pregnant. Few days. I was having mild itching few days back, later it was increased. Done LFT and report attached where SGOT and SGPT shows high. Consulted my gynecologist, he prescribed levoctrizen and UDILIV for 10 days twice daily and advised to come back after two weeks. As the UDILIV power not mentioned by Dr., the medicine store (of same clinic) gave me UDILIV150. Could you please let me know if the power is okay for me and anything need to be worried for such high LFT. I am very much worried for my Baby🥺 plz help Thank you in advance 🙏

This is called cholestasis of pregnancy The dose of udiliv would be 300 mg three times a day You will have to deliver at 37 completed weeks

How could a doctor doesnt mention dosage of udiliv u might require 600 twice but before anything consult a good gastroenterologist
