Itching and boil all over body

Hello, I have got boils all over my body including back, stomach , nearby breast nipples. also tiny boils over my hand fingers, elbows... and have very strong urge to scratching in whole body, thighs, belly, back, chest, hands... everywhere . And this boil contain transperent water in it which comes back even after removing.
