Hello,my skin some time feel itchy and redness. is it allergy from dust partical?.and i notice that it may occur after sweeping and detegent use.please suggest me to recover and tablets to avoid this.

Hello....it could be due to allergic reaction caused by chemicals in detergent or allergens  in dust.take tablet fexofenadine 120mg when u get rashes and apply calamine lotion on it if condition persists visit dermatologist when you get rashes to examine it.
